Lord, with joy we would acknowledge

Now we have our part with Thee;

As Thine own and of Thy brethren,

We a world of blessing see.

And, O Lord, to see us gathered

Joy unmeasured Thee affords;

Thou hast come and we are moved—

Thou dost touch our deepest chords.

Honour Thine amongst us here, Lord,

Thou art now no more alone;

Thou hast gained the love Thou soughtest,

In the circle of Thine own;

Firstborn of the many brethren,

Now our hearts to Thee belong,

And our souls well up in praises

As to Thee we lift our song.
